I was always fascinated by the large plastic soldiers that my brother got for Christmas back in the early 1960’s. However, it was only relatively recently that I discovered that these figures were made by Louis Marx. Since then, I have spent quite a bit of effort collecting examples of each set of six made. My collection is made up entirely of the first edition of the these toy plastic soldiers.
